Visit your bank local branch, they usually have a notary public available that can notarize your document, if you are a Account Holder.
(Be aware they will ask a lot of questions, and can turn you down easily, if something seen suspicious even if is not.)
OTHER WAY IS THE NYPD PRECINCT.
Your local NYPD precinct sometimes have a Notary Public available, remember what i just said (sometimes)
